This project, implemented in the Dilovası district of Kocaeli, aims to transform residential areas within industrial zones into healthier, earthquake-resistant, and environmentally friendly living spaces.
The project is planned to include a total of 12,000 housing units. In the first phase, 651 residences, one mosque, and 12 commercial units have been completed. Approximately 700 acres have been expropriated, and landscaping and infrastructure works are ongoing.
The goal is to mitigate the negative impacts between industrial and residential areas, control traffic, noise, and environmental pollution, and improve public health and quality of life. The project is planned in 11 phases and is progressing rapidly thanks to collaborations with relevant institutions.
